Webring Rules
All sites applying to any of our rings are required to:
Place the NavBar on the actual page url used to join the webring.
(any other page will show as Pass_L and will be suspended automatically by the system.
Suspended sites are automatically deleted within 7 days)
************************
All sites must be sure that they provide a visible link back to the same
webring page as the surfer entered from. (stealing traffic from other members is just
plain not nice)
**
All sites are required to use the SSNB code as generated by the webring
system. This makes it easy for me to keep all the NavBars up to date.
(sites using html codes will also be suspended or deleted without further notice) Some
sites will show as both, and will pass.
**
Our Nav Bar must be visible on your page to be approved. Missing bars or
hidden bars will be put on hold until corrected or denied.
*******************
All members must have a valid e-mail address on file with the webring
system. (We do not send email often thru the webring system, but we do need to update or
check it periodical. Sites with bounced addresses, or autoresponder will be
suspended.
**
We reserve the right to accept or deny any site applying to any of our
rings as we see fit. (if your content is offensive, illegal, or does not fit the
theme of the ring it will be denied. We also surf our rings and if we find objectionable
material you could be deleted from the ring without further notice.) Update March 10 2004, in fairness to the many sites that work
hard to provide great content, we will no longer be approving sites that are nothing but
links to other places.
**
We usually approve sites within 7 days, but on occasion it could be a
bit longer. Your patients is appreciated.
Added June 27 2004
In order to satisfy the One Way Rule all sites must clearly show the nav bar on the page
submitted.
Any attempt to hide the bar or to take traffic away from the ring will be suspended by the
webring system itself. You must also clearly show the way back to the webring page.

Side Note :
Good web page designers always use the same navigational menu either at the top side or
bottom of all their pages
By including the webring page in the navigational menu of your site, you should have no
problem with the webring.
